30 year old with no pets looking for accomodation near USAMV

Im a 30 year old Veterinary student doing only the second semester of this year, but due to visa nonsense I need to be signed up to an apartment before I return to my country until late december/early january.
Im looking for minimal accomidations, and I wont be in the country between the time ill sign up until the previously stated dates but I will pay rent in advance.
A secondary request is that if anyone could add me to their pre-existing contract on paper only (again, for the visa) id be willing to pay both the person who connects me and the landlord 50 euro each just for the priviledge.
Im looking to close this issue asap.
