Looking for Accomodation Near Esc Clermont University

Hope everyone is safe and sound :)
I plan on studying at ESC Clermont starting Oct 1st, 2020, and looking for a suitable place to stay. Ideally, I am looking for a studio or my own place with a kitchenette and bathroom/shower - furnished, not too far from the ESC Clermont University. My maximum budget is 400 euro's including all bills (electricity, heating, water, etc. )
I have lived and worked in 5 countries and currently call NY home - I am responsible and easy-going.
