I am a 28 years old girl looking for a studio room in Clermont Ferrand. I will be joining ESC Clermont this September hence would like to have a room closer to the university. I hope Internet and other basic equipments will also be available with the accommodation. It would be very helpful if electricity bill is also inclusive. I do not have any pets. I am not a party person.
