47 looking for room for winter semester for 2-3 months

I am coming for Modern Greek language course in chania. I am very quiet and easygoing person. I would like to cook and be able to use the necessary utensils. I prefer to stay on my own but I am happy to share it with someone  if there is enough space to study and relax.  It will be my first time in Crete so I am hoping to stay in a central area.   But still my first aim is to learn some more Greek so it is important that the place is quiet enough for it. Would be great if the price includes bills. Fingers crossed. :)
