Why did you choose to go to Chambery, France?

The landscape is breathtaking in Chambery. It's a good choice if you want to be surrounded by mountains or cows (!).

What is the student lifestyle like in Chambery?

There are great places (restaurants, brasseries, bars) to go with your friends after the classes.
The french students do the cours different like the Erasmus students. They have classes from 8am to 5pm so you can hang around mostly with the Erasmus students or go with the others after 5pm.

What is the food like?

BEST!! This region has very famous drinks and foods (beer, wine, CHEESE, baguette, saussison and a lots of salad). I loved every food, literally! This is a good reason to go there!

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Chambery?

Go with Woraway! No cost for accomodation and a great opportunity to meet nice people. I did it, and it was awesome!

How much does it cost to live in Chambery?

To live there is quite expensive. The food, travelling and the accomodation have high costs, but if you do Workaway (as I said), you can save a loots of money.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
