Responsible couple looking for accommodation in Cesena

We are a nice and quiet couple looking for a place to stay in Cesena.
At the moment I am studying psychology at Aarhus University in Denmark. I'm lucky to be a part of the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme and I will therefore be studying at the University of Bologna in Cesena from September to February. Rasmus, my boyfriend, is a teacher and will be staying with me in Italy. We would prefer to stay in an apartment, but a room is also of interest. It would be nice if the rent is student-friendly and close to the University if possible.
We are both very responsible and are very interested in getting to know the Italian culture and society.
