Marie Curie Researcher, looking for an accommodation closer to Department of Chemistry, University of Catania

I am a Marie Curie Researcher and doing my doctorate in the department of chemical science, university of Catania. I am a very peaceful person and love to be to myself. I am very friendly in nature and can have an endless conversation on any topic if the need be. 

My study requirements make me nerdy in nature but then thats something which I cherish. I prefer a fully furnished house and the most important things which need to be included are:

1. Air conditioner

2. Wi-Fi/internet

3. Garbage tax

4. Condo charges

5. Water

6. Electricity

7. Mostly prefer closer to Viale Andrea Doria
