Italian, friendly and easy going, I'd like a place in the center town.

I would like a house in the center town because I have no car, I'm looking to a shared house, I'm friendly and I'd like to know new people and maybe make new friends! I am a light smoker, and preferibly I'd love a place with any sort of garden/ balcony/ open space. I have no pets with me, I'll be able to move in about a month from the agreement. Because I come from a house where i've lived on myown I'll have some forniture with me, hopefully i'll be able to use them again. Thanks!
