Looking for accommodation near the university of Cassino

I am from a small country in middle east called lebanon and i am moving to cassino by September
Concerning accommodation i am looking for a cozy studio around 50m^2 , near the University of Cassino where i gonna study 2 years of masters in mechanical engineering. I prefer if there's a balcony or a small garden .
