An Erasmus student, looking for accommodation in Cartagena with a contract.

I am a nice and friendly girl. I don't smoke, I have an active and healthy lifestyle. I am coming to Cartagena in February and I am looking for an apartment, a studio, or a shared flat till the end of June, mid of July. I am looking for a nice and cozy room, with a comfortable bed, a work desk with a confy chair, a suitable wardrobe and a nice, clean bathroom. It will be great to share it with other Erasmus students :) And I need a contract as a prove of my staying in order to get a visa.
