Erasmus Experience in Cartagena, Spain by Karolina
Why did you choose to go to Cartagena, Spain?
For a long time I was thinking to study abroad and finally I had opportunity to choose Spain. But why Cartagena? Well, first of all this is the best place for students, approximately there are 100-150 Erasmus students per year, it is possible to know them and create strong friendship. The town is small, so you can meet friends on the street, say hi, talk. Cartagena has everything, beautiful beach, a lot of mountains, the harbor, you can take part in local parties organized every year like Carthaginesess y Romanos. So this is a great place to have fun. Yet another reason to start studies here was the need to learn foreign languages. I also wanted get to know the culture of country which is far away from mine.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
