Austrian studnt looking for room

Hi guys,
i'm a very open minded, chilled Master student foing to Universidad Tecnologica de Bolivar for the winter term 2015. I'll also take a Spanish course before.
Therefore I'm looking for a place to stay from beginning of July until mid or end of December. I am happy with any kind of living as long as it's save, not too far from downtown and maybe closely located to the beach.
