25 years old male student, looking for a short term accomodation in Cardiff

I'm an Erasmus student looking for an accomodation in Cardiff from 25th of August 'till the end of February. I'd prefer to find a shared house or flat near Cardiff University (Cathays or Roath). My budget is up to 300£ bills included. I'm very tidy and clean (and cooking-skilled) so I expect the same from my housemates.
