20 year old female exchange student looking for accommodation in Cardiff

Hello! I'm a business exchange student from City University of Hong Kong. I am going to stay in Cardiff from twenty-first Sept to end of January (Around four months and ten days) for my study in the first semester in Cardiff Business School. 

I am looking for accommodation near Cardiff University (Cardiff Business School) , at most thirty minutes walk. 

Description:

A single/double bedroom within an apartment, with at least one wardrobe, one desk, one chair, one bed with mattress. I am fine with both ensuite or shared bathroom but MUST have a shared kitchen with kitchen equipment free to use. Also, SHOULD have WiFi, electricity, gas, water etc. bills included in the rent. I could clean my own room so cleaning service is not required. Would appreciate if bedlining is included, but it's not a must.
