18 year old boy looking for an accommodation in Cardiff

I am 18

I am a second year student at Cardiff University studying Business.

I am looking for an accommodation for my own, in Cardiff. Preferably near Cardiff University, with a bathroom and private kitchen. So basically a Studio. I am looking for a 9 month tenancy because I will only stay there until the end of my academic year. The start being the 29th of September and the end being the 14th of June, which is approximately 37 weeks. If there is a good place but wtih a roommate, I would really like to have someone clean and tidy, preferably my age.
