Best Cardiff residences?

Hi!!

Can someone tell me which are the best residences to live near Cardiff Business School?

The best in terms of being the cheapest, being in the university area and near supermarket,bars,shopping centre..etc?

Where I live is pretty cool

Postcode CF14 3EH

30 minutes walk into town

On the main bus route

Bike path all the way to town

Not exactly student area so it's really quiet but easy to get to all the other place

Supermarkets and a couple of pubs

10 minutes away from the largest students residence in Wales Talybont halls of residence
