After you have hit the shops, head to one of Lion Yard’s selection of eateries and cafes to rest your tired feet. And to finish the day off, treat yourself to some pampering from either the Body Shop or Lush.
Within walking distance of the historic city centre and with the added benefit of easy access to car parking and public transport, visitors to Cambridge should make Lion Yard their first stop.
Shopping is very popular everywhere. It’s some kind of leisure activity for everybody. For example, for families. They go shopping together and at the same time they relax, have fun and enjoy.
To my mind, shopping is a popular leisure activity.
Firstly, shopping is good, because the family go together and spend some time together and have fun.
Secondly, nowadays many people go shopping and they say shopping is like having a rest for them.
In conclusion, shopping is not just going to markets to buy new clothes and to wear them because of the necessity, but it has become a leisure activity for everyone. And it’s very popular!
If we compare the popularity in foreign countries and Georgia, we will see a big difference between them. First of all, Georgian people don’t have so much money to go shopping and buy clothes in the markets which are very expensive. Secondly, Georgians aren’t used to go shopping for relaxing. So, to sum up, shopping is not as popular in Georgia as it is in other countries, but it’s becoming more and more popular little by little.
