From UK, looking for a room in Caldas da Rainha

I am flexible with the room and who i stay with.. I get along with many people, quite relaxed and enjoy to socialise. From the UK so my Portuguese will be weak. If tthere's outside space, we WILL have BBQs.
I am looking for a good balance between close to ESAD and the town center. The town seems nice and yet I will be a masters student at the school.
