21 year old girl, student, looking for accommodation in Caen

I'm a languages student going to be on Erasmus in Caen from January to May 2020. I’m from the south west of Ireland and go to University College Cork. I'm relaxed, sociable and very easy to get along with. I’m very excited for Erasmus because not only do I want to learn languages while abroad but also live immersed in a different culture and have new experiences. I'm looking for a room with a double bed, a study desk and chair. A window or balcony with a nice view would be a great bonus! I'm looking for roommates that aren't too messy or dirty. I don’t mind if they don’t speak English, as it would encourage me even more to speak French or one of my other languages at home which would be great for learning!
