Customer Service Advisor (IT area)

Main responsibilities:

  • Work on the 1sth line support and advisory of international customers
  • The receipt of problems reported by users, concerning the operation or interpretation of one or more information systems,
  • The coordination of rapid and appropriate responses, including: channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring progress,
  • Keeping users appraised of progress,
  • The maintenance of an inventory of equipment supported by the Help Desk together with logs of user details, problems and resolutions, for administration and planning purposes,

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of one of the following language German or French
  • Good knowledge of English (level B2),
  • Basic computers skills and basic knowledge on Windows and MS Office,
  • Interest in IT and willingness to learn,
  • Teamwork skills,
  • Responsibility,
  • Communicativeness,
  • The accuracy and commitment to work,
  • Good organization of work,
  • Ready to work/relocate to Bydgoszcz
