I want a female roommate or landlord or a family. I'm looking forward for a well furnished room for rent. I have a calm nature. Parties will be avoided and full focus would be given to studies. I want the other person to be kind and cooperative with me. Utilities should be included. Rent should be between C$ 100 - C$ 550 not more than that.
