Collection Supervisor

For a leading multinational we are currently looking for a Collection Supervisor with native Italian language skills to work in Budapest, Hungary.

Responsibilities

• collection of debt from portfolio of customers
• Issue resolution
• Control operation and report
• First line stakeholder + team management
• Credit analysis and review
• Overall control of team operation
• Partner management
• Process development
• Full team ownership end to end

Requirements

• Speak native Italian and English at least at intermediate level (verbal, written)
• Experience in Collection
• Minimal 2 years of experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader/Manager
• Experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of all Microsoft office programs, especially high level of Excel
