Two students looking for accomodation in Budapest

My friend and I are going to study in Budapest, so we need anaaccomodation for the whole year. It should not be more than 30 min away from BME University(by walking). We are coming in the end of August or the first September. Our price range is 430€ with utilities. We would not like a shared flat, so a small appartment or a studio would be great for us.
