Student looking for single room

I'm a 24 year old student from Mexico City, that will be in Budapest studying the master's degree in ELTE. I'm looking to rent a single room in an apartment with outgoing people. I'm extrovert but respectful and adaptable to situations, I like to to go out, party, visit places but also study when it is the time to. I would arrive aproximately by middle-end of august, and looking for a long term stay. My only requirement would be have a room for myself, but would love to have flatmates. Hopefully the price is not higher than 300-320 EUR including services. :)
