Hi- My name is Nick and I am looking for a private room in a shared lgbt-friendly flat with 2-3 other social flatmates that do not smoke. I would like to be able to keep small pets in my room (2 Rodents). I would prefer to be in a relatively new or renovated flat.
I am a friendly, responsible and open-minded person that will clean up after themselves. I like to cook, draw, play games, hike, and meet new people. I do not smoke or drink excessively. I am a bit of a night owl.
