I am looking for someone who would like to rent my room in district V.
No preference in gender/age. Not required to be a student as well.
5 min walk to Nyugati Pályaudvar(Metro 3), BGF/BBS ,Morrisons 2 club, Margaret Island and the Parliament, tram 4/6/2.
- 25m2 fully furnished bedroom.
-fully equiped house( dishwasher,washing machine,microwave-oven,oven,fridge/freezer,all sorts of kitchen utensils,vacuum cleaner,ironing..etc)
-cleaning service once a month
-shared apartment (you +1 person)
Since I am moving out in the end of December(19th), the room is available from then, OR from January, OR for January only! If you want to move in on December you do not have to pay for that month :)
Total price is 365EUR all in(270 rent +95 fixed cost)->read: no worries about heating/water/electricity/wifi and the house will be cleaned once a month
