looking for accomodation in Budapest

I am 25 year old, student of master program at International Bussines School (IBS) and looking for apartment/studio in Budapest. I'm interested in living Pest part of city, and near the metro, tram stations and easily can use public transportation like bus too. It would be better if apartment is equipped with essential kitchen utensils, specially washing machine.
