Looking for a room in Budapest with a good light and wardrobe

I'm relaxed and open-minded person, who likes active types of relaxation like Snowboarding, Hiking, Dancing.

I speak English, Russian and Kazakh.

I'm doing my PhD in Hungary, currently, I live in Godollo, where my campus is located. But since I have more independent work than class attendance, I'd like to move to Budapest to be able to visit central libraries.

As I said, I'm working on my research, so I don't think I can live with party people. Moreover, I care a lot about cleanliness, So if you are the person who lives dishes to wash after watching a movie or you think that a bathroom has to be cleaned just once in a while I don't think we can share an apartment. 

I'd like to rent a room, in the apartment where preferably no more than two bedrooms (3 bedrooms maximum, I don't like too many people in the apartment).

It's very important to me to have enough space for my clothes and shoes. I don't like shopping, but I like dressing well, So I have plenty of dresses.

It would be nice to live with working person. I can live with the student too, in a case the person doesn't make parties at home and care about cleanliness.

I may sound strict with all these rules, however, my friends find me friendly and cheerful.
