Looking for a perfect room

Hi,

I am Hina and currently a student at corvinus university of Budapest. I am doing my masters ion business informatics. I am originally from Pakistan and here on Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship. My contract with my dormitory is ending in the end of January and hence looking for a place to rent. I am an easy going, clean and good cook. 

I want to rent a room with friendly people. The only request I have is that I might not have any guests coming in and staying with me except my mother who will stay with me for a month so before sharing anything with me, kindly note this. I am okay with guests of my fellow roommates too. I will also be willing to pay extra in terms of utilities for that month.
