Me and my friend are living in a 3-bedroom apartment and we are looking for our 3rd flatmate, preferably a university student between the age 20-23.the flat is located in district 6, rent per person each month is 200 euros common cost 10k+utilities around 10k each month. we are looking for a clean, easy going, friendly flatmate who would like to go out, party, spend the time together and make memories. Contract is 1 year; contract should be signed in august and deposit should be paid which is 400 euros, move in date 1st of September. Feel free to pm me if interested or have any questions.
