Looking for a flat

I'm looking for a flat near Astoria, that has 2 private bedrooms or more, that's not more expensive than 280 euros per room including everything. All the bedrooms need to have doors, and a kitchen with all the equipment is necessary. It would also be nice if it has wifi and a TV, also a desk and a wardrobe in each room.
