Group of 2 Erasmus students looking for 3 flatmates

Hi everyone!

My name is Demien Bursic and I’m a 23 years old italian student (University of Bologna). I’m gonna spend the next fall semester (should be approximately from 1st September to 31st of January) in Budapest thanks to the Erasmus programme and I’m gonna study at the Budapest Business School (BGE). 

Me and a nice Belgium guy are looking for 3 other Erasmus students (male and female) that want to share a flat and live an international and amazing experience. We found an amazing and spacious 5 bedrooms flat in district 7 with a really modern kitchen and living room and 3 bathrooms. It’s in a really good location close to metro and bus stops.The price of each bedroom is 330+utilities (about 30-40 per person), it’s not so cheap but it’s actually an amazing flat (if you want I can send you some pictures of course).

I’m a very smiling, friendly and sporty person. One of my greatest passion is traveling and I’m a nature lover. I also consider myself an open-minded and spontaneous person who really love meet new people. I enjoy going out to drink something but also just stay at home and spend some time together chatting, watching a film, drinking some beer, wine or cocktails (I’m a barman) or simply doing any other activity.

As regards living with other people I could say that I’m a very tidy and clean person and in particular I respect the common spaces (kitchen, living room, bathroom). I’ll love spend some time together with flatmates and I’m sure that we’ll have good time together. Btw, like everyone sometimes I need my own space and of course I respect that of others.
