german student with dog looking for accomodation

I´m 28 years old and a german student. Me and my friendly dog are looking for an apartment most likely on the Buda side. We prefer the district I, XI, XII or XXII. We will stay in Budapest from February till July 2017. Requirements: Furnished apartment (kitchen, washing machine, bed, etc.), parking space (not public on the street).
