French student is looking for a flat share for the first semester in Budapest

Hello everyone,
I am a French student. I come to Erasmus in Budapest (at the BGE) from September to December 2021.
I am therefore looking for a room in a shared flat on Pest, with English-speaking students if possible (to improve my English).
I can pay up to 300€ / month but the charges must be included (and not variable).
I am available for on-site visits from August 26th.
