Etudiants erasmus français recherche un logement à Budapest

Hi !
My friend and I are looking for a room (one each) to rent in a flat with others erasmus students. We'll stay from the 25 august 2018 to the end of january 2019 (approximately until the 26). We'll study at the BME university so we would like to live near to the center by walk if possible. Concerning the rent, we appreciate 350 euros maximum and 30 euros maximum for the bills.
We both speak french, english and we have some notion in spanish. We are open-minded and curious to discover new places, cultures and to meet new people :)
