Erasmus Master Student Looking For Accommodation

Hello guys I'm Anıl 25 yo master student in gastronomy and culinary arts department. This fall semester i'm going to study at Kodolanyi Janos University. It will be my second erasmus in same city and same school, so i can say i'm kind of experienced  :) and it will make our erasmus more fun. 

So i'm looking for a place to stay between these dates  (entry date not certain yet but i could say approx 20 august to 31 december).  I'm open to stay with both female or male flatmates and my max budget is 250 euro everything included. 

I could describe myself respectful and open minded. And also tidy and clean. It's really important for me keeping clean common places, it's one of the most important things when you live with other people. I'd like to chilling with my friends and drinking, travelling and also cooking of course :) . It's depends on my mood to be honest.
