Easy-going female student looking for accommodation in Budapest

I am a 29 female student from California, looking to rent a room in Budapest. I will be studying Communications at Corvinus University this fall. A little about me: I am very laid back, clean and respectful person. I enjoy going out and having a good time, as well as hanging out at home. I like to keep active, go to music concerts, travel, etc..I am looking to live with someone that is easy going as well. Someone that is clean and likes to keep the party outside of the home space. Although I don't mind it every once in awhile! We don't have to hang out all of the time, but would be nice to get along and go out every now and again :)
