cool, clean, and (if needed) quiet expat looking for room/flat

Hey there, awesome people of Budapest.

Expat here, looking for a studio apartment / room in shared apartment in beautiful Budapest starting September 1. I've been living here since September 2012 in a student dorm, but I've graduated so they're kicking me out. :) I currently have a job, and I am in my probation period until Sept 30. This means that I might be here until the end of September, or just as well until I'm a grandfather - so far, it depends on the company. That is why I'm kindly asking for flexibility on the duration of my stay. I will live here until the end of September for sure, but at the moment nothing is certain about what will happen next, and it's not up to me. 

I am clean, I am sociable, and if you need complete silence, I can offer that as well. If you will be my flatmate, we can have beers together, or I can be invisible aorund the house if that's what you prefer. I am adaptable, and I hope to meet you soon!
