AUB student looking for a single room in Budapest

I am a Polish lawyer, have been studied in Germany, Russia, Armenia and Georgia, currently moving to Budapest for 4 years to write a PhD. I am looking for a quiet single room in district VIII or in close walking distance to it. It can be a room in a shared apartment, because my budget is very limited (max 250€ monthly including bills). I am not looking for specific flatmates, but it would be nice if they're non-smokers.
