Accommodation in Budapest

Hey, i will be in Budapest as an erasmus student in Budepest College of Management from september to the end of december. I am looking for a room and good friends that i can spend whole 4 months together, in discrict 5-6-7 . I prefer to stay maximum 4 or 5 people in a flat, and the maximum price i can give, 250 Euro including all the expenses (heating, electricity, internet and such).
