Hi!
I would like to live in Budapest centrum or not too far from ELTE ENGENEERING UNIVERSITY (Not more than 15 minutes walking, or getting one only tram).
I am reasearching at ELTE University in Budapest, , in order to finish my doctorade.
The apartment I need is only for me, so 1 bedroom and a bed-sofa would be perfect for any friends visiting me. If it´s an studio, all dining and bed in a room, would be right, too. I would like a washing machine included and a balcony would be the total perfection.
I would rather smoking and pets are not allowed in the appartment.
