A male graduate student is looking for a flatmate to share two-bedroom flat in District V, Budapest
- Move in date: 9 January 2017
- Minumum stay: 7 months
Hello all,
My flatmate left, and I am looking for a new flatmate (gender does not matter) to share a lovely 2-bedroom fully furnished flat/apartment on Jozsef Attila Street, in prestigious District V in the heart of Budapest. One bedroom is occupied by me, and another room is free. A person can move in from now on and preferably stay until August 2017 or beyond this date but not less than this. Rent is 325 Euro/month + common cost (7500 HUF/month) and utilities (ranging from 4000 to 9000 HUF/month depending on the season). The flat and a room in question have a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, dishes, sheets. The bedroom in question has a medium size bed for 2 persons, a desk with lamp, couple of mirrors, and couple of storages. Also a room in question has a balcony with a fascinating view on Deak Ferenc ter, Andrassy Street, etc.
It takes about 2 minutes by walk to get to the Central European University (CEU), 5 minutes to the Deák Ferenc underground (subway) station, 8-9 minutes to get to the Parliament square.
Good news is that a renter (a tenant) does not have to pay 2 month deposit as it has been already paid and yet s/he can live almost a week for free in case of moving in asap before 15 January.
Best regards,
Aziz Davlatov
