A couple looking for accommodation in Budapest from September to December 2017

Hello! I am a 23-year-old student from Finland in search of an apartment with my boyfriend. I study cultural management in HUMAK University of Applied Sciences and I'm supposed to start my second year of studies in Erasmus exchange programme in Kodolanyi Janos University in Budapest. My boyfriend is a tattoo artist here in Finland and is searching for a job or an apprenticeship in Hungary. We're staying for the fall semester, so the need for apartment for us is from September 1st to December 15th.

We're both reliable, calm and clean tenants. We're looking for a one bedroom apartment in or near 13th district (other options are welcome, too!) with good public transportation and reasonable expenses. We wish to have the apartment fully furnished with a washing machine for laundry. We don't have any pets with us so you won't have to worry about them destroying your property. :) We both love to cook and just hang out at home. Also, I am a clean-freak so I will make sure your apartment is in top condition our whole stay!

Our budget is around 600 €/month (+ utilities max. 100€/month). If you have a nice and clean home to offer us, please contact me!
