26 year old Erasmus student, looking for accommodation in Budapest for my second semester

I am a scholarship student in Erasmus. Tidy clean guy, i cook by myself, i clean after myself, i have a good behavior, i am a grown up. I am looking for a cosy studio that has a seperate bedroom from the kitchen with a living room as well and a bathroom. I prefer somewhere arround the 7th district (5th or 6th) or in the 7th district as well. I prefer if it is furnished. 

I would like my own privacy and i want a place that i can accept visiting from families or friends who are coming to visit me while i am there.
