25 year old man (student), looking for accommodation in Budapest

Hi! My name is Jens an I'm from Germany. I'm 25 years old and study economics on the university of applied in osnabrück. Next year i will study on Szent István University. 

I will arrive on the 27th of January. My semester ends on the 30th of June. 

To my Person:

I'm a calm person but in my leisure i like to going out, to meet some new people. I'm open for everyone and new ideas. However in some days i need my rest. But that means not, that i will complain immediately :)

I'm searching for a accommodation in Budapest.

The location should be safe specially in the night.( When I walk from Partys in the night home)

furthermore should have: 

-Kitchen with on oven, 

-Bathroom prefer with a shower

-Wifi

-Washing Maschine

should be near to train,bus,Subways and Supermarket.
