25 year old male, ELTE LLM candidate, looking for accommodation in Budapest

They say I am a cool mofo. :) Jokes aside, I see myself as a potential good, very clean, well-mannered and easy-going roomie, in any aspect. You wanna hit the bars or clubs, I am the guy. You wanna hit the gym, I am the guy. You wanna watch Game of Thrones together and discuss on who is going to die this season or talk about your mixed feelings if Khaleesi sleeps with her own nephew (spoiler alert) Jon Snow, I am the guy. You wanna game, I am the guy. You wanna jump on train and go to a Metallica concert and come back to the flat next day together, I am the guy. You wanna discuss on EU's supra-national performance over these years in comparison with Brexit and Syrian-Turkish border crisis involded and how to eloborate such issues in light of EU Directorates and International Law, I am the guy.

Looking to share a flat or dorm room with others, with a max. 200 Euro burdened on each roommate (preferably with utility and common costs included, but this is negotiable of course).

I am a lawyer and currently working in Istanbul,Turkey and will be studying under ELTE's LLM program in International and European Business Law in Budapest, starting from September 2017.

I have a cat which pretty much looks like Garfield. I may consider taking it with me to Budapest (he is currently in Istanbul) if my potential roomie is fine with it. Of course in such occassion I will handle all the costs due my cat's being and throw in a little extra for the rent due to the kindness of my roommate.
