24 year old girl looking for accomodation in Budapest

Hi,
I am a french math student at the Epf Lausanne (Switzerland). I will write my Master thesis at the Renyi Institute in Budapest from September to January, so I am looking for a flat during this period.
My ideal flat would be furnished and located near either the red or yellow subway lines or the 47/49 tram lines. An internet connexion is necessary. Although I am no smoker, smoke doesn't disturb me at all.
As for myself, I have done a lot of martial arts, and I am still doing a lot of sport, especially fitness. I speak french, italian and english. I used to live alone but I am easy to get along with. I love cooking and I am a very tidy person (but don't be afraid, I am no complete maniac ;)) I enjoy a calm environment, but I also like to have a drink from time to time.
