23 years old boy is looking for an accommodation in Budapest student room

i would like to have a room with internet conection. with accessibility to the rest of the city and to my University. University of Applied sciences Budapest. connection to rail and road network. to other shoping center. i place with good access to social amenities. i do not really hope to have a roommate but if i have no choice i will prefer to have one of the same sex as me. an accommodation of price from 100- 200 euro  for a room that is not share if shared room then i think it would be negotiable.
