22 year old VetMed student from the UK looking for district VI or district VII accomodation

I'm in year 1 of my Vet Med course and I am looking for accommodation nearby to the Vet School (Istvan Ut) in district 6 or 7. I'm open to the accommodation you can offer, preferably looking for somewhere cheap. I have no preference on roommates, as long as you won't be playing Slipknot at 3 am. ;)
I'm hoping to rent from September 4th until June.
