Im looking for a 1 bedroom or a studio apartment (with a gallery), either close to the university by walking or public transportation.
I will be living alone (no pets). Move in will probably be around September 1. I would like a long term lease for the duration of my studies.
I would also prefer that it NOT be ground floor.
